Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship.

Return Process

Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at info@goldmasons.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return:
  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original tags, certificates, and accessories.
Shipping Your Return:
  • Use a traceable shipping method to send the item back to us. We recommend insuring the package for its full value. Goldmasons are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • After receipt of your email we will provide you with a return address to send your return to.
Processing Your Return:
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns criteria.
  • If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

    Exchanges

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
